It originates from a remote area around the town of Klawer near the Knersvlakte, a region well known for its diversity of Othonna and other winter growers such as Conophytum. Our mature seedlings look unlike any other Othonna we grow, yet still carry familiar traits from across the genus. Most notably, the new species looks like a cross between O. cacalioides and O. euphorbioides. It combines the dwarf, potato-like habit of the former with the persistent, spine-like remnants of flower stalks more typical of the latter. Regardless, it remains a compelling mystery for the dedicated Othonna collector and more casual observers.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Rare Plant Catalog","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51626620813592,"sku":null,"price":36.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0912\/1175\/9896\/files\/othonnaspnovaaffeuphorbioides.png?v=1769986999","url":"https:\/\/rareplantcatalog.com\/products\/othonna-sp-nova-aff-euphorbioides","provider":"Rare Plant Catalog","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
