shipping & returns
Every order leaves our California greenhouses packed with care. We take shipping as seriously as we take growing, and we send plants the same way we’d want to receive them.
shipping schedule
Orders are shipped on Mondays to reduce the chance of delays in transit. A tracking link will be sent once your order has shipped.
how we ship
Most plants are shipped bare-root and packed carefully by hand. Some plants may ship in their pots if that is better for them, always in inorganic, inert media. Heat packs may be included in colder months, though effectiveness can vary. Each order includes a California Nursery Stock Certificate.
where we ship from
Orders are sent from our greenhouses in Northern California and Southern California. If your order includes plants stocked only at separate locations, two shipping charges may apply. Contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
if a plant arrives damaged
If your plant arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit. Claims made after 3 days cannot be accepted.
returns & exchanges
Because plants are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except for items damaged on arrival. Once delivered in good condition, plant survival is the responsibility of the customer. We are always available to share care advice and support if needed.
