We pack and ship every order the way we’d want to receive it, carefully and deliberately, informed by years of growing experience.

ordering and fulfillment

All orders are placed through our online checkout and paid in full before shipment. Heat packs and other add-ons are available only with live plant purchases, and orders containing add-ons alone will be canceled and refunded.

shipping schedule

Orders ship on Mondays to reduce time in transit. If a holiday or bad weather is expected to cause delays, we may hold shipments until conditions improve. A tracking link will be sent once your order ships.

how we ship

Most plants ship bare-root and are packed carefully by hand. Some may ship in their pots if that’s safer, always in clean, inert media. Heat packs or insulation may be used in colder months, though performance can drop below about 15–20°F. Each order includes a California Nursery Stock Certificate.

where we ship from

Orders ship from our greenhouses in Northern California, though some may be fulfilled from our Los Angeles store. If your order includes plants stocked at both, two shipping charges may apply. Contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to consolidate your shipment.

if a plant arrives damaged

If your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or partial refund. Claims made after 3 days cannot be accepted.

returns and exchanges

Because plants are perishable, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted except for items damaged on arrival. Once delivered in good condition, plant survival is the customer’s responsibility. We’re always available for care advice or support if needed.

order accuracy and updates

Prices, descriptions, and availability may be updated as needed, but confirmed orders are always honored as listed at the time of purchase. If an item can’t be fulfilled, we’ll cancel the order or offer a comparable replacement. In some cases, we may suggest a lower-value substitute with a partial refund for the difference. Product information is kept as accurate as possible, though minor updates or corrections may occur to reflect current stock.
